POSITION: Driver/Crew Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Driver/Crew Leader is responsible for the timely installation of tents, inflatables and other related rental equipment while supervising the Installation Crew Members (ICMs). Driver/Crew Leader will load and unload vehicles/ trucks and drive company vehicles to deliver equipment in full or partial loads following instructions on customer contracts and from supervisor. Driver/Crew Leader serves as the Company representative by communicating with customers on job sites. Drivers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean and are in safe working order. This position will also assist with other duties as instructed by management.

- Daily driving of truck with 16' open or enclosed trailer to event sites.
- Pulls and loads tent, inflatables, tables, chairs, dance floors and related equipment with ICMs and warehouse support.
- Deciphers pull sheet and pulls necessary equipment for job. Inspects equipment for damage prior to loading. Makes necessary adjustments on the packing list and checks pull sheet against order.
- Notifies management of installation progress and customer issues.
- Maintains assigned crew working times including meal breaks taken.
- Ensures all non-rental equipment supplies such as sledge hammers, tie straps, screwdrivers, tarps, tent bags/tags, etc. are loaded according to the requirements of each job.
- If applicable, installs other rental equipment per the Customer’s contract.
- Maintains tent job after installation and adjusts per weather conditions.
- Inspects tent and accessories for damage prior to disbanding and removal. Records all damaged and/or missing rental equipment on the rental contract.
- Disassembles tents and inflatables per manufacturer, company, safety policy and procedures.
- Unloads and returns tents, inflatables and related equipment to the correct storage or cleaning area.
- Instructs customers on the correct usage of rental equipment.
- Counts and records items loaded (both delivery and pick-up) on correct paperwork. Notifies supervisor of missing and damaged equipment.
- Collects delivery signatures from customers, records quantities delivered including refused equipment on contract paperwork.
- Records truck usage information and records time via Clockify (time tracking app).
- Ensure cab/box is locked with provided lock when not is use/traveling.
- Ensures all loads are properly secured at all times.
- Acts as company liaison with clients; listens to and resolves service complaints.
- Loads truck in a safe and efficient manner.
- Cleans & maintains cleanliness of inside of company truck cab and cargo areas.
- Reports safety violations to supervisor.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
- Complies with company and government safety requirements (including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment) and avoids texting or phone usage while driving.
- Attends department, location, training and safety meetings.
- May be asked to fill in other areas such as warehouse work, cleaning and or anywhere else as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record
- The ability to drive delivery trucks with a 16’ open trailer and enclosed trailer
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs and must have full range of motion and dexterity
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully engage all levels of the customer base
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- The ability to be part of a team and maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers
WORKING CONDITIONS
The individual must stand for long periods of time. Most work will be outdoors in various conditions which vary from day to day. The job requires constant interaction with the public. The work is typically very physical and demanding, both strength and stamina required. The position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. May have exposure to chemicals, including but limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane and cleaning solvents.

POSITION: Installation Crew Member

JOB DESCRIPTION
An Installation Crew Member (ICM) is an integral part of the business, traveling to client sites to prepare event spaces for weddings, parties, and graduations. An ICM is responsible for the timely installation of tents, inflatables and other related rental equipment under the supervision of their Crew Leader as well as assisting in loading and unloading delivery vehicles. This position also includes cleaning and maintaining all rental equipment including but not limited to tents, inflatables, tables and chairs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not required
- Have reliable transportation to and from work

POSITION: Warehouse Crew
JOB DESCRIPTION
Cleans and sanitizes all rental equipment meeting ready-to-rent quality standards. Inspects returned equipment for damages, repairs equipment or tags, takes inventory of damaged equipment and notifies supervisor. Pulls ready-to-rent equipment and places in the correct staging area for delivery. This position will also assist with other warehouse and logistic duties as instructed by management.

- Inspects, cleans and maintains equipment as specified by manufacturer and company procedures and quality standards.
- According to the Customer’s order, pulls and moves equipment to proper staging area for delivery. Performs quality checks on all equipment ensuring accurate counts and equipment is functioning properly.
- Performs all standard safety checks prior to sending equipment out for delivery.
- Assists with accurate loading rental equipment into trucks ensuring that rental equipment is properly loaded and secure to reduce damage.
- Unloads used rental equipment at company’s warehouse, returning equipment to the correct inspection area or storage area.
- Checks and logs returned equipment according to company procedures.
- Logs broken, damaged, and missing equipment and turns report into supervisor daily.
- Keeps work area neat and orderly at all times.
- Reports safety violations to supervisor.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules & regulations in written/verbal form.
- Complies with company and government safety requirements (including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment) and other regulations.
- Attends department, location. training and safety meetings.

WORK CONDITIONS
The majority of the job tasks are performed indoors in a climate that may or may not be controlled. There is regular use of strong cleaning and disinfecting solutions with Material Safety Data Sheets and personal protective equipment supplied. Performances of duties are regularly around moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels and dusty conditions.
