Q: Is Bounds of Fun licensed with the state of Tennessee? Do you carry insurance?
A: Yes, we are licensed with the state of Tennessee which also includes having a safety inspection of all of our inflatable units annually. We carry insurance on all of our rental products.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
A: Rentals are on a first come, first served basis. It is wise to get your reservations in early to be guaranteed availability. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: How long are your rentals?
A: We offer several rental options to meet all of our customers’ needs! Inflatable rentals are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday. If you need an inflatable for event on a weekday, call 931-434-2001 to coordinate.
Tent orders are customized for the event's specific needs. Call us to get a custom tent quote and with any questions!
Q: What time do you deliver?
A: We do deliveries Monday-Friday between 8:00AM-6:00PM. We will touch base with you the week of your rental to confirm your specific delivery window once the delivery route is made. We can do custom pick-up and delivery times based on your event's needs. Call us to work out the specific details for your event. We are do not do deliveries Saturday or Sunday.
Q: What time do you pick-up?
A: Inflatable pick-ups have an open window on Monday. Tent pick-ups are specific for each event.
Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
A: Yes, the delivery cost is based on the total miles traveled for delivery and pick-up from our warehouse to the event address. The minimum order amount for an order to be delivered is $250.00. If your order is less than $250, please call us for a delivery quote or to see if your products are available for customer pick-up.
Q: Can I pick-up my rental items?
A: You can pick up some products by appointment only at our location 1740 Old Tullahoma Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355. Products available for pick-up are tables, chairs, linens, some decor pieces and generators. We do NOT offer a customer pick-up option for any inflatables or tents. Pick-ups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery and pick-up of my rental equipment?
A: For delivery, yes we do ask you be home. We want to make sure we set up your equipment in the correct place. You will want to inspect your rental equipment upon delivery as well and make sure you know how to operate the equipment. For pick-up, no you do not have to be home as long as our equipment is not in a locked or fenced area our staff cannot get to.
Q: What if I do not have electricity for an inflatable rental?
A: Electricity is required to power the blower units for inflatables. If you do not have power available, a generator is required. We offer generator rentals starting at $75 per day.
Q: What if it rains or the weather is bad?
A: We believe in safety first for our customers, so if the weather is bad/dangerous there will be no penalty to reschedule or cancel your inflatable rental. You must cancel no less than 24 hours before your rental. In the case of high winds upon delivery, a representative will determine if it is safe to setup the unit. If this occurs, you will be released from any financial responsibility. However, once the unit has been delivered, no refund will be made.
All products, besides inflatables, have a nonrefundable deposit despite the weather.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 25% deposit to book and hold your inflatable reservation. Full payment is due no later than the delivery of your order.
Tent rentals require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit card, Venmo, check and cash. Our Venmo ID is BoundsOf-Fun.
Q: What surfaces do you set up your inflatables on?
A: We can set inflatables up on grass, asphalt and concrete. Sorry, we cannot set inflatables up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl. We also do not set up on mud/dirt.
Tents can be set up on grass and staked into the ground. If you need to set a tent up on asphalt, that will require permanent holes to be drilled into the surface.
Q: Do you provide an extension cord and water hose for inflatable rentals?
A: Yes, we provide one 100’ extension cord and one 75’ water hose. We cannot plug extension cords into one another due to safety and electrical hazards. If your inflatable needs to be set up further than 100’ of an electrical outlet, a generator is required. We offer generator rentals starting at $75 per day.
Q: Do you clean your equipment?
A: Yes, we clean and sanitize our equipment after every single use.
Q: Are inflatables safe?
A: Yes, they are designed with safety first. They are made from a fire retardant material with safety netting all around. If you follow the rules provided, these units are very safe. All safety rules and guidelines are included in your Rental Agreement. All units will be staked into the ground for safety. If the unit will be set up on concrete, please make sure to let us know ahead of time so we can provide sandbags to secure the inflatable.
